Dove Manufacturing™

Employees of Dove Die & Stamping are the company’s greatest asset toward ensuring the best stamped products. Well-versed in customer requirements, they know what to look for as each part navigates its way through the Dove Die & Stamping facility. Each worker is personally responsible for product qualitythroughout the manufacturing cycle.

With worker safety as the cornerstone, Dove Die & Stamping strives to use preventive and predictive maintenance to run a first-class facility that is focused on continued customer satisfaction and on-time delivery. The facility takes great pride in working towards continuous productivity improvement so that Dove Die & Stamping can remain adaptable to customer business needs in order to provide premiere products and remain a reliable and steadfast partner.

Inspections are conducted throughout the manufacturing process.  All parts that come off the Minster and Aida stamping lines go through attribute gage and/or CMM inspections. As parts are packaged for shipment, all products receive a dock audit by inspection teams that are trained in the customer’s priorities and know how to ensure only the best parts make the final shipment.

The in-house tooling department at Dove Die & Stamping ensures a controlled creation of the die, as well as predictive tool maintenance that leads to higher quality parts and less service interruptions. Any die can be remade and/or fixed from a print, since CAD drawings are on-site and the Tooling Room has an inventory of spare parts, which also alleviates downtime.  Even most unique and specialty parts are kept in inventory – all dies are unique and carry many unique parts. Dove Die & Tooling is prepared for all scenarios.

The facility has achieved ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 certification.

Performance tool coatings are used to limit tool wear and increase die performance.

Prototype capabilities are available, as needed.
